Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Premium Solutions Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in Saudi Arabia for the position of CEO. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and enhance operational efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Oversee daily operations, including products, risk, marketing, sales, business development, human resources, and compliance.
• Define the company’s short- and long-term goals, culture, vision, and mission.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Ensure brand, marketing, business development, and sales initiatives align with growth objectives.
• Manage investor relations, including board presentations and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure proper risk, compliance, and financial management.
  *Requirements & Qualifications: *
• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business functions such as finance, risk management, compliance, and startup operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
