Video Editor & Videographer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dual-threat creator who is as comfortable behind the lens as they are behind the monitor. You will be responsible for the entire visual pipeline—from scouting locations at The Pearl or Lusail to delivering polished, high-impact edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. You understand that in today’s market, a video needs to hook the viewer in two seconds while maintaining the premium feel of a luxury or lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cinematography & Shooting: Capture high-quality video content on-site, including lifestyle shoots for the F&B sector, automotive branding (e.g., wrapped vehicle activations), and corporate events for the public sector.
• Post-Production Excellence: Edit raw footage into compelling stories. This includes color grading, sound design, and motion graphics that align with the brand’s identity.
• Social-First Strategy: Create native content for social platforms, utilizing fast-paced editing, trending transitions, and strategic "hooks" to maximize engagement.
• Cultural Adaptation: Work closely with our Transcreation team to ensure visual cues, pacing, and talent representation resonate with the Qatari and wider Khaleeji audience.
• Asset Management: Organize and archive all raw and finished assets, ensuring the agency’s visual library is accessible and well-maintained.
• Equipment Mastery: Maintain and operate professional camera gear, lighting setups, and audio equipment to ensure production value is always top-tier.
