Team Leader

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Team Leader for a prominent academy in Qatar. This role is critical in driving the team to achieve individual revenue targets while ensuring service quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, revenue achievement, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the team to meet individual revenue targets and overall academy goals.
• Ensure the academy’s revenue and service quality objectives are consistently achieved.
• Manage sales operations and handle bulk accounts effectively.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to optimize performance.
• Address and resolve issues proactively, demonstrating resourcefulness and leadership.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align goals and drive academy success.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in team management.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in handling sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Experienced working in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling challenges effectively.
• A pleasing personality and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
