We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or skincare sales and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. This role is essential in driving our business forward by expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients within the FMCG sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the agency's services.
  9. Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activity.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven track record in sales, particularly within the FMCG or skincare industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
