Description
Leadership: To manage a diverse team (Finance, Admin, Drivers) and coordinate effectively with corporate head-office departments like HR and IT.
Commercial Acumen: To directly handle business-critical tasks such as bids, supplier registrations, and RFP acquisition.
HR & Administrative Expertise: To implement HR policies, manage employee support functions (leave, travel, expenses), and ensure the smooth running of all office administration.
