الوصف الوظيفي

  • Perform a detailed study of Contract Documents such as drawings, specifications and scope of work.
  • Generate detailed BoQ as per the provided drawings & applying industry assumptions.
  • Prepare Material Request as per Site requirements.
  • Plan, allocate & manage a team of Supervisors, Technicians & Helpers.
  • Should be capable of handling Sub-contractors.
  • Monitor & report budget vs actual cost variance.
  • Co-ordinate & manage Client requirements & attend meetings.


المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of MEP construction processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with Valid Driving license will be a Plus.
