The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the market presence of our management consulting firm in Qatar. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, the Business Development Manager will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the management consulting sector.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  4. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company.
  8. Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  10. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in business development or sales.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  8. Experience in the management consulting industry is a plus.
  9. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
