Senior Account Manager — IT Services | Lahore

That's where you come in.
What you'll own
A portfolio of active US and EU accounts — a mix of staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and fixed-price engagements
Quarterly Business Reviews that tie delivery outcomes to commercial outcomes, with the client's CTO, CIO, CEO, CFO, or VP of Engineering in the room
Expansion cycles: additional SOWs, scope increases, multi-year extensions, and team scale-ups
Risk identification across the account lifecycle — particularly contract expiry windows and team turnover events
Direct coordination with our Lahore engineering delivery org on resource performance, staff adjustments, and contract changes
Renewal cycles tied to MSA/SOW timelines
You will not have a product help center to point clients toward. You will spend most of your week in conversations with senior client stakeholders about the engineering work their teams do alongside ours — and proactively scoping the next three engagements.

VP of Sales (commercial) / VP Professional Services (technical)
What we're looking for
5–8 years carrying a quota in B2B services account management — IT services, managed services, staff augmentation, or professional services
Lived experience with MSA/SOW mechanics: headcount adjustment clauses, scope changes, price escalations, payment terms
A specific, evidence-backed expansion track record — accounts you grew from $X to $Y, and the commercial work that produced the growth
Comfortable with both US and EU stakeholder cadences and time zones
Direct, structured, written communicator. We run weekly business reviews on real numbers.
Based in Lahore (Work from Office)
What this role is not
A SaaS CSM role where expansion means driving product adoption to upsell a tier
A "relationship manager" role without a quota story behind it
A 6-month-ramp role — we need someone who can hold a senior client conversation in week three
Compensation
Competitive senior base for the Lahore IT services market and uncapped Variable: on net portfolio expansion (no soft floors — honest math).
