Job Title: Operations Manager Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: IST (GMT +5:30) About the Role We are hiring an Operations Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline across multiple client environments.
This is a high-ownership, systems-driven role — not a coordination or administrative position.
You will be responsible for managing operations across multiple businesses simultaneously, applying structured thinking, operational frameworks, and HR alignment to improve execution, accountability, and overall performance.
This role sits at the intersection of Operations and HR, helping clients scale both their teams and internal workflows effectively.
Responsibilities Multi-Client Operations Management Manage operations across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment Quickly understand each client’s business model, workflows, and operational gaps Bring structure and prioritization to ensure smooth execution across all accounts Delivery & Execution Management Maintain clear trackers for all client activities and deliverables Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before escalation Prioritize high-impact tasks while pushing back on low-value activities Client & Team Coordination Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client teams Conduct structured weekly check-ins focused on outcomes and accountability Ensure alignment across stakeholders while minimizing friction HR & People Operations Support hiring processes including CV screening and initial evaluations Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, and team structures Improve team accountability and performance through structured processes Workflow & Process Development Document workflows into SOPs, checklists, and scalable systems Identify recurring issues and implement long-term operational improvements Apply structured operational frameworks (PMP or similar) for consistency AI & Automation Enablement Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive workflows Implement practical automation solutions without overcomplicating systems What Makes You a Strong Fit You think in systems and frameworks, not just tasks You can quickly understand and structure operations across different businesses You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and clients simultaneously You balance people (HR) and process (operations) effectively You bring clarity and execution into fast-moving, ambiguous environments Required Experience & Skills 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Chief of Staff, or similar roles Experience managing multiple workstreams or client accounts simultaneously Strong understanding of operations as a discipline (not just task execution) Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments Hands-on experience with tools like Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Airtable, or similar Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable) PMP certification (or equivalent project management certification) Prior experience in HR, hiring, or people operations Strong structured thinking and operational mindset Ability to quickly grasp operations across multiple clients/businesses Strong English communication skills Nice-to-Have Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.
) Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.
) Experience working with B2B, service-based, or founder-led businesses Key Metrics for Success (KPIs) On-time delivery and execution across all client accounts Reduction in operational bottlenecks and delays Clear tracking and visibility across all active projects Improved team accountability and performance Quality of hiring support and candidate recommendations Implementation of scalable processes and SOPs Interview Process Initial Screening Call Operations & Problem-Solving Assessment Final Interview with Client Offer & Onboarding #LI-AG1
