ZAIN2253 - Site Reliability Engineering

The Site Reliability Analyst supports the reliability, performance, and scalability of Zain's digital services. This entry-level position involves proactive monitoring, basic incident response, documentation, and system analysis to ensure consistent digital operations. The role also assists in implementing automation practices and disaster recovery activities under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibility:

• Application Log Monitoring: Enable and monitor application logs to track performance and diagnose issues proactively.

  
  

• System Maintenance and Scaling: Oversee system uptime, maintenance, and scaling to meet operational demands and business continuity requirements.

  
  

• Reporting and Analytics: Generate operational and functional reports to provide insights into system performance and departmental operations.

  
  

• Alerting System Development: Design, develop, and manage alerting systems using APM tools to promptly address issues and maintain system stability.

  
  

• Applications logs management: Design, develop and manage a centralized digital channels logs management, and ensure its accessibility using APM tools to promptly track end user behavior in backend and frontend systems.

  
  

• Process Automation: Develop and implement automated operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.

  
  

• Technical Configurations: Apply and manage technical configurations to maintain system integrity and functionality.

  
  

• Customer Care Resolution: Manage and resolve customer care remedies and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.

  
  

• JIRA Service Management: Utilize JIRA Service Management to handle internal customer requests and issues, ensuring efficient workflow management.

  
  

• Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, Group policies and report any information/physical security breaches, non-compliance gaps or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately

  
  

• Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait

  
  

• Zain abides by fulfilling the occupational health and safety certificate requirements that establishes and maintains an OH&S management system that eliminates hazards and minimizes OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities and addresses OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities to all youth .
