SUMMARY ROLE

Designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange between enterprise systems. The role involves working with APIs, middleware, and ESB platforms to implement integration logic, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system communication. In addition to technical development, the role contributes to solution design, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring that integrations align with business requirements and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain integration workflows using APIs, ESB, and middleware platforms.

  
  

• Ensure accurate and secure data exchange between systems through proper mapping, transformation, and routing logic.

  
  

• Collaborate with architects, team leads, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements.

  
  

• Implement integration solutions in alignment with internal architecture guidelines and industry standards to ensure interoperability, security, and maintainability.

  
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in coordination with support and vendor teams.

  
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration designs, data mappings, and configurations.

  
  

• Perform integration testing, validation, and support go-live deployments.

  
  

• Monitor the performance of integration services and escalate critical issues proactively.

  
  

• Ensure integration practices comply with internal standards and external frameworks.

  
  

• Participate in scheduled on-call support to assist with critical issues and ensure system continuity.

  
  

• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the integration environment.

  
  

• Support knowledge transfer and code reviews.

  
  

• Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately

  
  

• Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait

  
  

Zain abides by fulfilling the occupational health and safety certificate requirements that establishes and maintains an OH&S management system that eliminate hazards and minimizes OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities and addresses OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities
