Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
· Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the packaging/printing sector
· Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
· Conduct market research to understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape
· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
· Track and analyze sales performance; propose improvements where needed
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes
· Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up support
· Stay informed about emerging industry technologies and competitor activities
Qualification &Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the packaging or printing industry
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in English; bilingual (Arabic/English) candidates preferred
· Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting
· Open to Arab nationals currently residing in Kuwait
· Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
