Position Overview

HAE is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in water networks to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to water network projects. This role requires exceptional technical, organizational, and leadership skills to oversee all phases of project execution — from Implantation to budgeting and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution both onsite and offsite, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver high-quality, technically sound outputs including reports, designs, calculations, and drawings.
• Ensure strict adherence to the approved project baseline, including scope, timeframes, and budget.
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain internal compliance.
• Facilitate ongoing coordination between engineering teams, superintendents, and external stakeholders.
• Provide full auditing and quality assurance of work performed, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and contractual requirements.
• Attend and represent HAE in all internal and external project meetings.
• Drive risk mitigation, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making in a high-pressure environment.
