We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team! 


Job Objectives:


The Data Analyst supports the Customer Experience (CX) department by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making and improve service performance. This role focuses on analyzing customer interactions, operational trends, and experience metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities and duties:


· Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM, VoIP, digital channels, Feedback & VOC systems, Survey tools, and databases.


· Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI to track core CX KPIs.


· Create data-driven presentations that translate complex findings into actionable insights for management.


· Conduct detailed analyses to identify performance gaps and pinpoint specific friction points in the customer experience.


· Support the design of new CX initiatives by performing "Pre-implementation" baselines and "Post-implementation" analyses to measure success.


· Analyze customer touchpoints across different channels to identify pain points and provide data-backed suggestions for process optimization.


· Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all CX data used in reporting.


· Serve as the "go-to" expert for data-related inquiries within the department, assisting colleagues with interpretation and system navigation


· Provide a "second layer" of review for findings presented by other team members to ensure departmental reporting accuracy


· Maintain clear documentation regarding data sources, metric definitions, and standard operating procedures for recurring reports


· Execute additional departmental tasks and assignments as required to support CX team objectives.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.


Years of Experience:


1-2 Years of experience


Competencies / Behavioral Requirements:


· Sharp attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving


· Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment


· Strong time-management skills to handle shifting priorities and ad-hoc requests.


Technical Requirements:


· Power BI: Intermediate proficiency in developing dashboards and utilizing DAX.


· Excel: Strong working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query


· SQL: Competent in writing queries for data extraction and table joins.


· Plus Points: Basic knowledge of Python or statistical software (R, JASP, Minitab).
