Who We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales support, or client-facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English — fluency in both languages is a must.
Ability to work independently and manage your time in a remote environment.
High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
