We are seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to manage and oversee daily activities within our warehouse facility in Erbil.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of inventory, storage management, and logistics coordination, while also supporting administrative functions aligned with operational needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock control, coordinating warehouse operations, and supporting the sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

Coordinate and supervise the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control within the inventory management system.
Monitor stock levels and support order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
Process and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery.
Perform regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
Handle warehouse-related administrative tasks, including invoices and logistics documentation.
Maintain operational records such as stock reports, stock valuation, and damage reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to support product availability and order processing.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles.
Support daily warehouse operations and perform hands-on tasks when required.
Forklift operation experience will be considered an advantage.
Competitive Salary: Starting at 1,400,000 IQD , with the possibility of a higher salary depending on experience.
Performance-based bonuses are also available.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics administration is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in English and Kurdish (mandatory) ; Arabic is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to drive a manual vehicle (a valid commercial driving license is a plus ).
