Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to acquire new clients and contracts for our recruitment agency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR recruitment and B2B sales , enabling them to understand client needs and effectively position our recruitment and HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment and HR services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR managers, business owners, department heads).
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase agency services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably within recruitment, HR, or professional services.
Background in HR recruitment (agency or in-house) with understanding of hiring processes and client expectations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Performance Indicators Number of new clients acquired.
Value of contracts closed.
Client satisfaction and retention rates.
Contribution to overall revenue growth.
