We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive business-to-business sales within the paints and coatings sector.
The role focuses on developing corporate and project based sales, building strong relationships with contractors and business clients, and contributing to market expansion across the Iraqi market.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
Promote paints and coatings solutions to meet project and corporate requirements.
Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and support contract negotiations.
Coordinate with technical, showroom, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the paints sector.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in paints, coatings, construction materials, or related industries .
Strong understanding of project-based and corporate sales processes.
Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Good command of Arabic and English.
