Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with cloud service models and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to ensure system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS CloudFormation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
