Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership teams to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance productivity and accountability Design and drive talent acquisition strategies for critical and leadership roles Build and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture development initiatives Leverage HR analytics and metrics to drive informed, data-backed decisions Lead and support change management initiatives during periods of growth or transformation Ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining flexibility for business needs Develop leadership development programs to build strong internal talent pipelines What Makes You a Great Fit 5–10 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a strategic or business-partnering role Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning Experience using HR analytics and data to influence decision-making Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with high ownership MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
