Job Description

Job Title:-Junior Engineer / service engineer

Location:        RAM              

Experience :   2 ~5 year           

Industry:  Mining & Construction with HEMM experience  

Objective of the Role

UG running bd & Surface workshop machine handling

Competencies

Safety system knowledge &Understand Importance of safety

Support day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth functioning of UG machines/equipment

Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns

Coordinate with operators, technicians, and supervisors for maintenance activities

Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance are carried out on time

Follow and enforce all safety standards and SOPs at site

Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and daily reports

Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of recurring issues

Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources

Support audits, inspections (DGMS, internal, etc.), and compliance requirements

Communicate regularly with senior engineers and update on site status

Availability, ,DM, PM,CBM & MTBF knowledge

CPH, AMC & Rental contract knowledge

Support new machine commissioning and trials at site

Ensure proper documentation of checklists (PM, safety, pre-start, etc.)

Coordinate with OEM/service team for technical support when required

Conduct basic training/toolbox talks for operators on safe machine handling

Identify improvement areas and suggest corrective/preventive actions

Ensure housekeeping and 5S practices at the workplace

Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure

Support shift handover process with proper communication and reporting

 Ensure compliance with site policies, PPE usage, and safety audits

 Assist in manpower planning and shift deployment

Special Working Conditions :- If any -Hydraulic & electrical trouble shooting knowledge

Main interactions of the role :-  Manpower & Customer handle

Education Qualification: Diploma & Degree                           

Reporting Manager: Vijay Kumar Saini 

Note -HZL & UG equipment experience candite is priority
