About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Benchmarking Services team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business development and workplace optimization for corporate clients across the globe. You will work primarily with the GBS team and collaborate with clients from time to time to develop sophisticated analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports that support strategic decision-making in the commercial real estate sector, with a particular focus on human experience measurement and portfolio performance analysis.

We combine portfolio and space benchmarking with human experience analytics to answer two critical questions: "Know your people, Know your numbers." Our work spans portfolio optimization, sustainability benchmarking, future workplace planning, and measuring the success of workplace transformation projects across the world.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights Development
Partner with business development teams to deliver data-driven insights that support client acquisition, retention, and growth strategies
Analyze workplace trends, employee experience metrics, space utilization patterns, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities
Inform strategic recommendations for corporate real estate portfolios
Provide insights that drive decision-making in commercial real estate optimization
Portfolio Performance Analytics
Conduct comprehensive analysis of commercial real estate portfolios
Evaluate space efficiency, workplace effectiveness, employee satisfaction metrics, and organizational performance indicators
Develop predictive models and performance benchmarks to optimize portfolio strategies
Advanced Reporting & Visualization
Generate sophisticated analytical reports using R and Python
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives
Create statistical scoring methodologies for performance measurement
Perform sentiment analysis on qualitative feedback from surveys and comments
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure consistency in deliverables
Present findings that balance quantitative metrics with qualitative insights
Develop comprehensive reports that support strategic decision-making
Client Dashboard Development
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
Provide clients with real-time visibility into workplace performance
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with client business objectives
Enable self-service analytics capabilities for client users
Create executive-level visualizations for senior leadership presentations
Implement user-friendly navigation and filtering capabilities
Data Management & Quality
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SQL Server and Azure cloud platform
Manage large-scale datasets spanning hundreds of properties and thousands of survey responses
Handle data across multiple countries and organizations
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics outputs
Implement best practices for data governance and documentation
Maintain data security and confidentiality standards
Develop and document data pipelines for scalable analytics operations
Statistical Analysis & Modeling
Apply advanced statistical methods including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and correlation analysis
Develop and implement scoring methodologies for workplace performance measurement
Conduct benchmarking analysis comparing client performance against regional and global datasets
Identify patterns and trends in workplace data across multiple dimensions
Develop predictive models for space utilization, employee experience, and portfolio optimization
Communicate statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders in accessible, business-relevant terms
Provide statistical rigor while maintaining practical business application
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including research, workplace strategy, project management, and client service delivery
Understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions that meet business needs
Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Support business development efforts by translating complex analytics into compelling client value propositions
Collaborate across functions and geographies in a global team environment
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving analytics needs
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analytics
Preferably within commercial real estate, workplace consulting, human resources analytics, or employee experience measurement
Experience with client-facing analytics and survey data analysis required
Demonstrated ability to deliver insights that drive business decisions
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL Server
Strong programming skills in Python and R for statistical analysis, report generation, and data visualization
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) with demonstrated ability to create executive-level dashboards and interactive analytics platforms
Working knowledge of Azure cloud platform for data storage, processing, and analytics
Solid foundation in statistical methods including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, scoring methodologies, and benchmarking techniques
Ability to manage and analyze large-scale datasets with multiple dimensions and segments
Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis

Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and comparative analysis frameworks
Understanding of hybrid workplace models and workplace performance metrics
Experience working across Asia-Pacific markets with appreciation for cultural nuances in data interpretation
Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing roles
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application to workplace analytics and predictive modelling
Experience with change management and workplace transformation projects
