We are looking for a skilled BI and analytics professional who can design, build, and deliver impactful reporting and dashboard solutions using SQL and Power BI. The role requires strong capability in creating scalable data models, automating data workflows, leveraging Python for analytical support, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable insights, delivering regular dashboards for decision‑making, and supporting data normalization and governance initiatives with strong attention to detail.
Key Competencies:
An ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business intelligence and analytics, with hands‑on experience developing advanced reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using SQL and Power BI. The candidate should be capable of designing and maintaining scalable data models following best practices, building automated data workflows using tools like Power Automate or scripting, and applying Python for data exploration and analytical enhancement. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful insights, along with the ability to create accurate, visually impactful daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards. A strong focus on data accuracy, validation, integrity, and normalization, combined with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills, is essential.
