Senior Accountant

Title:

Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis with strong focus on execution, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (actuals vs budget vs forecast)
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key drivers
• Support annual budget and periodic forecast cycles
• Maintain and update financial models and templates
• Track KPIs and operational metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across systems (e.g., ERP, dashboards)
• Support business teams with basic financial insights
• Assist in cost tracking and chargeability analysis

Skills & Expectations

• Strong Excel / basic BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
• Good understanding of financial statements
• Attention to detail and adherence to timelines
• Ability to follow defined processes

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, , or MBA (Finance) is preferred

Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Finance Operations
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Experience supporting business stakeholders with financial analysis and insights is preferred
