Your Role


  • Lead and manage customer quality team in India. Manage  direct reports, and evaluate and develop their performance.
  • Responsible for the customer response at the customer locations and also responsible for the field support.
  • Support member's assessment and capacity building
  • Manage and Lead for customer interface to collect the quality information, provide to a team with those requirement and customer voice in timely manner.
  • Manage and Lead to aware of product delivery quality at customer assembly location, and performance in market.
  • Use and maintain Traceability System (called DPRTS) with utilizing the local documents for tracking the status of problem solving and customer report.
  • Be responsible for the necessary conference call to accomplish above  responsibilities.
  • Lead and be responsible for customer meetings, complete assigned action items and regularly report on progress.
  • Be responsible for support Flawless Launch Activities, and manage to deliver Aptiv’s quality management system to customer(s) to get customer’s confidence.

Your Background


Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:


  • Overall responsibility for the India customers warranty KPI deliverable. Manage various customers warranty through customer specific warranty requirements/contract with 15+ years experience.
  • Develop weekly/monthly R& O for the warranty. Manage the warranty forecast for India along with the Plant Quality Manager
  • Mange customer negotiations for Technical Factors (TF). Responsible for the Regional level warranty improvement initiatives.
  • Provide the warranty estimates for new quotations through the warranty engineers in the region
  • Support & manage the Early Detect Early correct (EDEC) for the new launched programs to address potential warranty issues during the early launch period.
  • Manage the warranty forecast and warranty budget for India.
  • Manage the customer warranty through a structure & the system. Understand the warranty contracts across AP top revenue customers.
  • Be the expert on the claim evaluation and strategy for the warranty improvements.

CAQE for India project:


  • Manage the new program Advanced Quality support engineers in the design center.
  • Manage the PPAP submissions until the SOP
  • Develop the CAQE support as per the new programs in the pipeline.
  • Bring up the major risks into the Gate reviews and work with functional teams on risk mitigation
