1. Implement quality control procedures and plans to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
2. Develop and maintain quality standards for steel structure production and assembly.
3. Review and approve inspection and test plans submitted by internal departments or suppliers.
4. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues on the production line.
5. Coordinate and plan activities to ensure product compliance with technical and contractual specifications.
6. Supervise quality inspectors and third-party service providers to ensure performance standards.
7. Review and approve supplier quality documentation and conduct internal/external audits.
8. Ensure proper implementation and distribution of technical documents to production teams.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports; oversee storage, loading, and delivery activities.
10. Coordinate inspections with clients, external laboratories, and subcontractors.
11. Prepare and maintain complete QA/QC documentation in line with project requirements and local/international standards; liaise with the client for necessary approvals.
Note:
Selected candidates will be relocated to Jordan to join the factory operations. The company will handle the visa and mobilization process for the qualified engineer
Requirements:
• Must be of Pakistani or Indian nationality.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
• Must be a registered member of the Engineering Syndicate/Association in their respective country (Pakistan or India).
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in quality control within steel structure manufacturing or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection and test plans, and quality documentation.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, maintain quality records, and coordinate effectively with production teams, inspectors, and clients.
