Position Overview:

The Software Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and overall quality of software products throughout their lifecycle. Acting as the first user of new features and the final quality gate before customer release, this role ensures that delivered solutions meet defined functional, technical, and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Testing & Quality Assurance:Youown the quality gate! 

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.

  
  

• Performfunctional, regression, integration, and performance testing across software modules.

  
  

• Identify, analyze, and diagnose issues that mayimpactfunctionality, usability, or performance.

  
  

• Validate test execution outcomes against expected results and analyze deviations.

  
  

• Detect, log, and justify defects using structured software testing methodologies.

  
  

• Validate fixes for reported defects to ensure closure and stability.

  
  

Automation & Process Improvement: build smarter testing! 

• Identifyscenarios suitable for test automation and align them with team methodologies.

  
  

• Follow and contribute to automatedtestingcoding standards and best practices.

  
  

• Analyze automation script results andidentifyroot causes of failures.

  
  

• Adapt and enhance test scripts in line with software evolution and new releases.

  
  

Collaboration & Communication: raise the bar across the team!

• Share key observations, risks, and findings from testing activities with stakeholders.

  
  

• Communicate testing progress, risks, and pending tasks proactively.

  
  

• Support senior QA engineers in root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

  
  

Requirements:

• Education Qualification & Technical Skills - 

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, ora relatedfield.

  
  

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance.

  
  

• Strong understanding of SDLC anddefectlife cycle.

  
  

• Hands‑onexperience withSmartBearTestCompletefor test automation or any other automation tool.

  
  

• Working knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  
  

• PreferablyISTQB Certified Tester. 

  
  

• Domain Knowledge That Sets You Apart

  
  

• Familiarity with measuring instruments, CMM, or 3D inspection concepts — youdon'tneed to be a metrology expert, but an engineering background helps you think like our users

  
  

• CAD/CAM knowledge is genuinely useful here
