  • Resource Management: Manages resources for their individual project, ensuring that the project team has the necessary skills, tools, and time to complete the work.

To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have experience with:



  • Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in a Corporate Bank environment.



  • Strong work experience in PM practice skills and domain knowledge on cash, transaction and payments banking.



  • Candidate should have mandate experience in Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking with hands-on experience in any two or three of following domains: Cash management/Payments/Collections/Virtual accounts/Liquidity management/Digital Banking(Web, mobile, H2H, Swift).



  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.



  • Virtual environment experience working for Global stake holders.



  • Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines .



  • Multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment.



  • Experience in end-to-end project design and execution – preferably in Agile.




Some other highly valued skills may include:



  • Corporate banking product knowledge (cash & trade) and an understanding of the front-to-back processes involved.



  • Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).



  • Essential to have good spoken and written communication skills



  • Proven facilitation skills , Business Analysis skills, Process mapping skills



  • Cross-functional collaboration in delivering projects working with stakeholders across geographies



  • Awareness of project management in JIRA, knowledge of Confluence




You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
