Project Controller

A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Project Controller, you will navigate a dynamic and high‑impact workday. You will start by reviewing project budgets and ensuring that all financial operations are accurate and aligned. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage resources effectively and maintain strong project controlling practices.
Your role will include analyzing and forecasting key financial metrics, working closely with Project Managers, and preparing detailed MIS reports that outline progress, risks, and improvement areas. You will also support the closure of completed projects and assist in settling receivables with long‑standing customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage all aspects of material management for applicable projects, with a strong focus on receivables and settlements.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify financial deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collection and maintain account health.
• Prepare and monitor open punch points between past customers and Project Managers.
• Support invoicing activities wherever required.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience in project controlling and exposure to commercial project management, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to perform detailed financial and variance analyses.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Clear and effective communication skills for seamless coordination with stakeholders and teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks early and contributing to mitigation planning.
