- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product delivery processes.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
- Experience in coordinating with engineering teams to facilitate product delivery.
- Ability to develop and communicate clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.
Functions: Product ownership, technical maintenance oversight, integration support, requirements elicitation, backlog ownership, stakeholder management, communication/negotiation, and delivery coordination using Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
Supported Apps - Dynamics CRM backlog, Marketo, and associated integration/automation components.
BA/Implementation manager - requirements gathering for CRM/marketo - application support, Service management, vendor management
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
