Role Title - Operational Excellence Lead Function- Operations (DOSO) Location – India Mapped Career Track - Services Project Manager Role Purpose- Drive quality, efficiency, and standardization across operations using data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Operational Excellence charter across DOSO, driving measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and reliability. Establish and govern KPI, SLA, and quality frameworks aligned to business outcomes. Own and standardize RCA lifecycle governance, ensuring. Drive data-driven decisioning through dashboards, insights, and trend analysis (tickets, escalations, automations, quality gaps). Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate systemic inefficiencies and process bottlenecks. Identify and drive automation and AI-led opportunities to improve operational maturity and scalability. Own risk, issue, and escalation governance, ensuring proactive identification and timely mitigation. Ensure Operations Standards compliance and ongoing governance adherence across functions. Embed a continuous improvement culture through structured programs and measurable outcomes. Key Results- Standard RCA framework; KPI dashboards; Efficiency roadmap; Risk mitigation plans Skills & Qualifications – Operations/Quality experience; RCA expertise; Analytical skills; Power BI; Collaborator management Experience – 6 to 8 years significant experience Must Have – • Lean/Six Sigma certification. Preferred/Good to Have- • Large-scale operations experience, Cloud Services/Operations, Siemens PLM Product Knowledge e.g. Teamcenter. Why us?
