Job Description:
 Design Management for all Electrical Systems for new and refurbishment projects
 Electrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses - High side and Low side
 Design and execution of UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, FA/PA systems, interior and exterior lighting
 Design and execution of Access Control & CCTV Systems for building and campuses
 Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works
 Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)
 Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
 Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.
 Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
 Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization's set standards
 Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence
 Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
 Manage other Infrastructure related works
