Drive high-impact HR initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and elevating the overall
employee experience, while strengthening the foundation of HR Operations and Recruitment support.
As the HR Associate, you will support in HR transformation, supporting projects that enhance workflows, automate
reporting, digitize employee processes. Alongside these projects, you will contribute to recruitment coordination,
data management, and employee life cycle operations, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
1. Recruitment Support & Coordination – Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination including interview
scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation; propose and trial tools/templates to improve
turnaround times and candidate experience.
2. Talent Acquisition Administration – Maintain recruitment status trackers, compile candidate pipeline
reports, and support initiatives to improve the efficiency of onboarding processes for new hires.
3. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Projects – Take the lead on allocated efficiency
initiatives such as reviewing onboarding workflows, centralizing HR trackers, digitizing request forms,
automating repetitive reporting tasks, and standardizing documentation templates to cut down
processing time.
4. Data Management & Reporting Innovation – Drive mini-projects to enhance MIS accuracy, create
automation-friendly Excel dashboards for headcount, leave and recruitment metrics, and conduct data
clean-up exercises within Workday to improve reporting capabilities.
5. Collaboration & Change Implementation – Contribute to cross-team projects involving Payroll, Benefits,
and global HR groups to roll out new tools, improve HRIS data accuracy, or introduce updated processes,
ensuring change is communicated effectively to stakeholders.
6. Employee Life Cycle Management – Handle operational tasks such as offer letter preparation, joiner
checklist completion, probation tracking, internal job movements, and exit formalities, while contributing
to ideas that make these processes smoother.
7. Background Verification & Reference Checks – Support global and local verification processes, maintain
tracking systems, and suggest improvements to shorten verification timelines without sacrificing quality.
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field);
MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations, process improvement projects,
recruitment coordination, etc. Prior work experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic automation), Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity
with HRIS tools such as Workday preferred.
• Enthusiastic about driving projects from idea to implementation while balancing daily HR tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
