As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and operate efficiently within the intended environment. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating robust and scalable software components that support business operations and enhance user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Familiarity with database design and integration using SQL or similar technologies.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
