Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You actively engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you participate in detailed code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to enhance testing frameworks and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and API testing tools.
- Experience in managing data and environment configurations to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
