As a key part of the operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office processes, coordinating domestic and international travel requirements, managing vendor relationships, and supporting leadership with day-to-day administrative activities.
The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT industry administration, strong exposure to corporate environments, and hands-on expertise in international travel management and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operational functioning across departments.
Coordinate office infrastructure, facilities management, office supplies, and general administrative activities.
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa documentation, transport coordination, and itinerary preparation.
Work closely with travel vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective travel management.
Maintain and manage vendor relationships for office operations, events, facilities, and corporate services.
Coordinate internal meetings, conferences, events, and leadership visits.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, documentation, and administrative records.
Support leadership and management teams with scheduling, communication coordination, and executive assistance.
Ensure proper documentation, data management, and reporting processes are maintained accurately.
Monitor administrative budgets, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
Handle employee travel queries, escalations, and coordination activities professionally.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and structured communication across all interactions.
Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency initiatives.
