The role in a nutshell :


As a Business Support Analyst , you will be Responsible to  Manage and ensure accuracy of GEO data within systems and internal Financial Tools. Also supports management of GEO tickets and escalations.


How you will make a difference


  • Assist in creation and maintenance of client accounts such as Debtor codes, Creditor/Supplier codes and Contract codes and ensure all the other details are mapped with these codes.
  • Collaborates with Product and Development teams to push for automation and process efficiency in all areas.
  • Helps develop reports and analysis to drive GEO Onboarding decision making with regard to financial profitability, go-live estimations, and reduction of churn.
  • Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
  • Liaise with customers or other departments to manage data queries.
  • Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as Finance, Operations and Sales.
  • Manages operational escalations via tracking and reporting to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and track business reporting to support company goals/metrics.
  • Responsible for Ticket Management/Gatekeeping (assigning tickets to proper queue, identify trends that can be automated, meet SLAs)
  • Other tasks associated with supporting the business.
  • Providing reporting on Global Unity approver setup per client/worker as needed.
  • Setting up new internal users and managing the GEO specific roles within the system.
  • Creation of new legal entities as and when required (if new local markets are established or new ICE partners are engaged with).

What will give you an advantage :


  • General knowledge of GEO business; experience with HR, payroll processing controls, or compliance standards
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload to meet targets, while maintaining flexibility as those priorities may change quickly
  • Ability to convey complex ideas/changes in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with multi-level audiences, from ends users to Senior Management
  • English primary language essential however other fluent language skills highly desirable
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, equally well.
  • Cooperative and professional attitude always
  • Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll, HR or BPO experience.
  • Experience in multi-national shared service environment preferred.
  • Experience in SOC1 compliance desirable but not essential
