In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Architect specializing in Microsoft Business Applications, you will lead design and architecture sessions with clients, guiding them through the system architecture and customizations to align with their organizational processes. You will provide expert advice on best practices for CRM and AX development or integration processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Lead Design Sessions: Lead design and architecture sessions with clients to guide them through system architecture and customizations, ensuring alignment with their organizational processes. * Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice on best practices for CRM and AX development or integration processes, leveraging knowledge of Sales, Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation Apps. * Install and Configure Systems: Install and configure CRM/AX and related components, utilizing expertise in Dynamics CRM Plug-in development, CRM form programming, and other relevant technologies. * Maintain Technical Resources: Maintain a list of trusted resources for technical issues, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Business Applications. * Showcase Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in a range of technologies, including C#, .NET, JavaScript, SSRS, SSIS, XRM tools, and more, to deliver high-quality solutions.

* Microsoft Business Applications Expertise: Experience with designing and architecting Microsoft Business Applications, including CRM and AX development or integration processes, to align with organizational processes. * Technical Leadership: Experience leading design and architecture sessions with clients, providing expert advice on best practices for CRM and AX development or integration processes. * Microsoft Technology Proficiency: Experience with a range of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics CRM Plug-in development, CRM form programming, C#, .NET, JavaScript, SSRS, SSIS, XRM tools, and more. * Dynamics AX Knowledge: Experience with Dynamics AX, including X++, Workflow Development and Configuration, SSRS Reporting, and Azure Life Cycle Services (LCS). * Technical Resource Management: Experience maintaining a list of trusted resources for technical issues, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Business Applications.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Power BI Expertise: Experience with Power BI, including data visualization and business intelligence capabilities, to deliver insights and analytics solutions. * Azure Proficiency: Experience with Azure, including cloud-based infrastructure, security, and scalability, to support Microsoft Business Applications. * Machine Learning Knowledge: Experience with Machine Learning, including predictive analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities, to enhance Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
