In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.





Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Billing & Digital Subscription, you will implement and optimize cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions that support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies. You will work closely with finance, product, IT, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Configure Subscription Products: Configure subscription products, pricing tiers, billing cycles, and revenue recognition rules to support complex pricing models and usage-based billing. * Integrate Billing Platform: Integrate the billing platform with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and customer portals to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, product, IT, and customer success teams to ensure that the selected billing solution aligns with business goals and customer experience expectations. * Optimize Billing Solutions: Implement and optimize cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions to support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies. * Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the billing solution aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

* Cloud-Based Billing Solutions: Exposure to implementing and optimizing cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions that support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies. * Subscription Business Models: Experience working with subscription business models (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) and understanding of billing operations and digital commerce ecosystems. * Billing Platform Integration: Exposure to integrating billing platforms with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and customer portals to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. * Complex Pricing Models: Experience working with complex pricing models, usage-based billing, and revenue recognition rules. * Regulatory Compliance: Exposure to ensuring billing solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.





Preferred technical and professional experience

* Digital Commerce Ecosystems: Exposure to digital commerce ecosystems, including understanding of subscription business models, billing operations, and revenue recognition rules. * Cloud-Based Platforms: Experience working with cloud-based platforms, including implementing and optimizing billing and subscription management solutions. * Complex Pricing Models: Exposure to complex pricing models, including usage-based billing and revenue recognition rules, to support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies.
