Provide strategic leadership and oversight for engineering and technical functions across multiple manufacturing sites and divisions within the holding company, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational excellence.
Develop and enforce standardized engineering policies, systems, and procedures across all manufacturing facilities to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Lead the planning and execution of major capital projects, including new factory setups, machinery reliability assessments, equipment installation and commissioning, and integration of electro-mechanical systems.
Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets for technical projects, conduct feasibility and visibility studies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in a cost-effective manner.
Direct and coordinate engineering teams with dotted-line reporting across multiple business units, fostering collaboration and consistency in technical execution.
Continuously evaluate and improve technical performance, machinery utilization, operational efficiency, and infrastructure capabilities across all sites."
Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across geographically dispersed locations."
Champion initiatives focused on operational excellence and lead the group’s technological transformation by introducing advanced engineering solutions and best practices.
Work closely with procurement, operations, and executive leadership to align engineering and project objectives with broader business goals and priorities.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 25 years of experience in FMCG (Food) manufacturing, including senior leadership roles.
Strong expertise in engineering management, factory infrastructure development, and large-scale project execution.
Proven experience with multi-site engineering leadership, unified systems implementation, and machinery assessment.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional and cross-location projects.
Deep understanding of operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and modern industrial technologies.
Proficiency in engineering software, project management tools, and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Willingness to travel and engage with teams across various sites is essential.
