الوصف الوظيفي

  • To plan, execute, and manage civil engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion. The Civil Project Manager ensures that all project activities are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the required quality standards.
  • ead and manage all phases of civil projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, standards, and client expectations.
  • Supervise site activities and ensure the project is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, delays, and provide mitigation plans.
  • Control project costs and support in managing variations, claims, and cost forecasting.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements are fully implemented on site.
  • Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Conduct progress meetings and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material and equipment delivery.
  • Lead project handover processes and ensure all documentation and punch lists are completed.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction buildings projects.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and engineering tools like AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of contract management, FIDIC, and construction laws and regulations.

Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
