About the role

Lead innovative telecommunications programs and shape the future of cloud infrastructure as a Program Manager, where you will drive strategic alignment and foster collaboration across diverse projects to deliver exceptional results.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and oversee program roadmaps, timelines, and resource planning.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in program execution.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Support organizational agility and transformation initiatives, promoting Agile practices at scale.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and key stakeholders, ensuring clarity in governance and decision-making processes.
• Drive change management and organizational adoption of Agile practices, enhancing overall effectiveness and team engagement.

About you

You have extensive experience in program and portfolio management, with a minimum of 10 years in the field. Your expertise encompasses Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, along with a thorough understanding of project management tools like JIRA and MS Project. You are adept at leading teams through complex projects and possess exceptional skills in stakeholder management and conflict resolution, all while driving value and continuous improvement within dynamic environments.
Your professional skills:
• You possess deep expertise in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and have successfully scaled Agile practices across large organizations.
• Your substantial knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Rally) supports effective oversight of complex initiatives.
• You have a proven ability to manage intricate dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations to deliver successful outcomes.
• You demonstrate excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills that contribute to team cohesion.
• Your familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives drives innovation and organizational change.
