About the role

IoT connectivity offers allow our business customers to connect their objects, either to improve their operational performance (Examples: electricity meters), or to sell connected services to their own customers (Examples: connected vehicles, home alarms), thanks to our reliable and highly secure IoT cellular connectivity for the worldwide deployment of these connected devices.



main activities as IoT Product Manager:



  • Study and analyze the market(s): customers, competition, partners and ecosystem.
  • Define, launch, and develop offers, making them more attractive and differentiating, depending on the targeted customer segments (from startups in France to multinational companies abroad), and in compliance with the legal/regulatory framework.
  • Define the Business Plan for the offer, built jointly with the Sales channels, and modeled with the help of Finance Dept.
  • You are the business leader of the launch of offers according to our Time-To-Market methodology (TTM), aligned with the resources of the different entities involved: Project Manager, Operational Marketing, Communication, Technical and IS Management, Sales and Services Customers, Legal, Management Control.
  • Manage the execution of offers according to the Business Plan, analyze the results (revenues, profitability, usages, qualitative feedback from customers and resellers, etc.), and implement action plans jointly with channels and partners to promote sales as well as the increase in value.
  • Ensure the consistency of the marketing promise and guarantee the customer experience in all its ways (digital channels and regions) and in all its forms of communication.
  • co-build the IoT connectivity Communication Plan with the regions and sales channels, contribute to the content of lead generation campaigns on IoT aspects. You validate the communications made to customers about your offers, consistent with our qualitative ambition of the Strategic Plan.

About you

+8 Years Experience in Marketing offers or Products , in sales or operational marketing



Experience in SIM connectivity (5G SA\NSA - 4G - 3G )



Experience in SIM and eSIM including SGP standards (example SGP31/32) is a must



Previous Experience in IoT domain



Know how to design and develop your products/services using data management and analysis tools



Know/master the fundamentals of marketing



Listen and act: identify, qualify and formalize customer needs and usage



Communicate with impact: listen, convince



Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be agile, innovate, take initiatives
