To manage the financial health of the land transport (trucking) operations by overseeing budgeting, cost control, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The Financial Manager ensures profitability, efficiency, and cash flow management, while supporting strategic decisions with accurate financial analysis.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for trucking operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, drivers' wages, insurance, and tolls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payments.
• Supervise fleet-related financial planning, such as leasing, depreciation, and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Provide financial insights for fleet expansion, logistics planning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, transport regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, insurance companies, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and monitor financial controls to reduce risks and fraud.
• Support senior management in financial decision-making and investment evaluation.
