Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Supervisor to manage and oversee daily accounting operations at our office in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Modern Trade accounting, with a strong understanding of retail chains, promotions, deductions, and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and review daily accounting activities including general ledger, A/P, A/R, and reconciliations.
Manage Modern Trade accounts: follow up on collections, verify deductions, and handle promotions and returns.
Monitor claims and settlements with key accounts and retail chains.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Prepare and review financial reports and documentation for audits.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and internal policies.
Support junior accountants and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in FMCG Modern Trade accounting.
Strong understanding of retail promotions, claim processing, and deductions management.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (ERP experience preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Cairo residents or those living near New Cairo are preferred.
