الوصف الوظيفي

   Main Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and Thank them for shopping with us.     

2. Sales team must review daily sales / UPT/ ATV and WOW bills target and to plan accordingly to achieve the individual, daily and monthly shop targets.  

3. The sales team is responsible for achieve the ECP targets assigned by the Shop In-Charge. 

4. Convert non-buying customers into buying customer to increase the customer base of the respective store.

5. Keep the proper records of the customer demands and follow- up them at regular intervals.

6. Practice best-selling techniques to meet customer’s need and ultimately help achieve the store’s target.

7. Sale associates are responsible for showcasing the entire range of the products including sprays, oils, gels, bakhoor and accessories.

8. Gathering feedback from customers on new arrivals regarding price, fragrance, bottle design and the product packaging.

9. Contact your ECP customers to inform them about due ECP vouchers and new arrivals.


Training and Self-Development:  

1. Sales associates must start memorizing the given sales pitches for the consistent and effective communication across the region. 

2. Sales associates are responsible for the training of the new hires and transferring all the job- related knowledge to build a strong team.

3. Take initiative at your level to improve business performance and customer service levels.  


Operations:

1. Responsible about shop hygiene and cleanliness

2. At the start of the shift, conduct a thorough inspection of the shop and rectify the discrepancies or contact shop manager/ASM for rectification.

3. Ensure that all the price standees are available for displayed products.

4. Check the cleanliness standards, including sales area, store area, shelfs, Products, sales counters and cash counters. 

5. Ensure that all the testers are presentable and are in good condition.

6. Ensure that sales returns are treated properly as per the given guidelines. 

7. Receive goods as per the given SOP. Open the cartons under CCTV coverage to document any incidents of shortage or breakage. 

8. Handle the customer returns and complaints professionally to maintain the customer’s satisfaction level and report to shop In-incharge for corrective action.

9. Implementation of FIFO system and maintain the FIFO report fortnightly.

10. Proper dispose of burned charcoal outside the shop in safe place to avoid any inconvenience.

11. Open new testers if needed and ensure to enter the invoice for the tester immediately.  

12. Ensure that closing data and sales report are sent to the line manage.   

13. Ensure that visual merchandising concept is implemented effectively.  

14. Ensure that the system is properly shut down before leaving the shop at closing time.


Inventory Management:  

1. Report to the shop in-charge if any top- selling product is out of stock. 

2. Identify slow- selling stock and work with the shop-incharge to create a plan for liquidation of such as attractive displays and recommendations to customers.

3. Notify the shop-in-charge if supplies like smelling strips, paper bags, invoice papers or wrapping sheets are needed.    

4. Conduct a stock audit of the top 20 articles fortnightly to identify the stock discrepancy. 


Policies& procedures:

1. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are properly implemented.

2. Maintain accurate attendance record and mark the attendance when stepping out for short breaks.

3. Follow the customer dealing policy, ensuring all staff members assist customer in their designated turn. 

4. To ensure the sales return policy is implemented 100%.

5. Adhere to the schedule policy 100%.
