Job Position:Logistic Specialist
Purpose of the job position:Maintain the flow of transportation and Raw materials
Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare Shipping List report.
• Arrange transport for import, export and express.
• Mange DHL shipment and requests from other departments.
• Maintain reports of cost of normal shipment /express.
• Manage anagrafika of Raw materials.
• Management of auxiliary materials.
• Managing raw materials with negative balances.
• Prepare Scrap procedure.
• Coordinate warehouse.
• Registration and management of materials arrived damaged from Transport /Suppliers.

Competences – knowledge and skills.

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering fields.
• Minimum 2 years in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of electronic products.
• Knowledge of MRP systems, and commercial software for forecasting and demand management.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
• Hands on knowledge in production scheduling and relation to material supply and demand
• Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers – relationships and technical knowledge is a must.
• Hands on experience dealing with global freight forwarders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience.
• Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspect of Supply Chain function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must speak English very well.
