Data Scientist

We seek a Data Scientist who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Location: HN/DN/HCM

You will get the chance to:

• Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to extract insights and guide decision-making.
• Build and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-world applications.
• Create clear, compelling visualizations that communicate data-driven stories.
• Develop robust data wrangling and preprocessing pipelines.
• Design and run experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices with a focus on model interpretability and explainability.
• Familiarity with data visualization and communication tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Understanding of data modelling and data governance principles, ensuring integrity, reproducibility, and transparency in analytical workflows.

What will help you succeed: 

• At least 3 years of experience in Data.
• Good at English.
• Strong experience in Python
• Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and feature engineering.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Nice to have experience working with GCP, BigQuery
• Nice to have GenAI experience
