Demonstrates a strong understanding of integrated Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations principles and strategies
Develops knowledge of key client information, including business strategy, industry landscape, products/services, target audiences, and competitors
Manages media relations by identifying relevant media and building relationships across traditional and online channels
Writes press materials and internal communication content
Edits and proofreads materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with appropriate writing styles

Executes social media activities aligned with client objectives
Applies basic social media tools and platforms (e.g., social networks) effectively to support campaigns
Conducts traditional and online research to support internal team
Demonstrates understanding of media monitoring methodologies and supports monitoring activities
Participates in brainstorming, program development, and planning processes
Manages projects with strong organizational skills, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners while keeping stakeholders updated on progress
