What we need:
Technical Support Engineer: primary role is to ensure the connection between CCR and Power plants. He/she will be responsible for CCR IT / OT infrastructure reliability. He/she will contribute optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of wind and photovoltaic (PV) power systems. He/she will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing expert advice on system design and maintenance, and implementing improvements to enhance plant operations.
Technical Responsibility:
-Provide connection Reliability between CCR and Power plants and maintain CCR Operational.
-Monitor and analyze performance data from wind turbines and PV systems.
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment malfunction, performance degradation, and system inefficiencies.
- Provide on-site and remote support to plant operators and maintenance teams.
-Offer technical advice on system repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Maintenance and Repairs:
-Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
-Coordinate and manage repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
-Maintain detailed records of technical issues, interventions, and resolutions.
-Prepare and present technical reports and performance summaries to management.
Compliance and Standards:
-Ensure that all technical activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
-Stay updated with changes in relevant standards and integrate them into plant operations.
Technical Expertise:
-Deep understanding of wind turbine technology, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
-Knowledge about SCADA systems, OPC connection, remote connection infrastructure.
-Knowledge of grid integration and power generation efficiency optimization.
-Expertise in Power Generation technologies, inverters, and system design.
-Proficiency in energy yield analysis and performance optimization.
-Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
-Ability to interpret technical data and identify root causes of issues.
-Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering principles as they apply to renewable energy systems.

-Ensure the implementation of departmental policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of departmental activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Performance Optimization:
-Identify opportunities for enhancing system performance and reliability.
-Implement and test new technologies or methodologies to improve efficiency.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and
Troubleshooting: Engage in regular reviews of operational practices and propose improvements.
Training and Development: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions for technical staff and plant operators. Stay current with industry advancements and integrate new knowledge into practice.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment:
-Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
Who will fit:
-Master’s in engineering or a Bachelor’s degree with membership of a Chartered institute or
Engineering body.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the field with high focus on plant reliability.
-Strong technical knowledge of Control systems SCADA / PLC / OPC systems.
-Strong technical knowledge of Power generation, wind turbines and PV systems.
-Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical issues.
-Ability to analyse performance data and identify trends or anomalies.
-Proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, operators, and management.
-Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
-Experience in managing technical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and
management.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
-Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, analysis, and reporting.
-Ability to ensure that all technical tasks are completed to high standards
